Leadership Cohort Experience

Being a principal can be a lonely job. The Leadership Cohort, held once a month for a year, is a safe space where members learn that vulnerability is a strength and where they deepen their understanding and practice of principles gained in the Summer Renewal: Leading with Vision. They share successes and challenges and gain insights, resulting in renewed energy to transform their school’s culture where coming to school is a joy and not just a job.
